Daniel Brown is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with extensive experience guiding athletes and fitness enthusiasts to achieve optimal health and performance. Dan specializes in weight loss strategies and youth athletic development, having worked with and trained athletes in baseball, basketball, MMA, softball, women’s volleyball, women’s lacrosse, football, and golf. As an highly experienced Performance Coach, Jackson specializes in crafting high-end personalized fitness programs for both elite athletes and fitness enthusiasts. He utilizes a scientific approach to training, integrating tailored workouts with advanced nutrition and recovery strategies that fit seamlessly into clients’ lifestyles. With extensive experience training professional athletes, Jackson focuses on optimizing performance, enhancing strength, and minimizing injury risks. Committed to excellence and discretion, he aims to help all clients achieve their health and performance goals efficiently and effectively.
Was a letterwinner at North Broward Prep in Florida, serving as an outfielder and a pitcher… Was named team captain as a senior where he batted .314 with a home run and eight RBI on a team that finished second in its league. Played one season at Tulane in 2020.

Kaelan Jones is a dedicated Strength & Conditioning specialist with a deep expertise in Biomechanics and Sports-Performance Training. He has worked with hundreds of athletes, ranging from emerging talent to seasoned professionals, including those in high-stakes organizations such as the UFC, NFL, and the WBC. His commitment to enhancing athletic performance is grounded in both hands-on experience and advanced academic pursuits. Currently advancing his knowledge through a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science, Kaelan brings a robust understanding of the human body’s mechanics and its impact on athletic performance. His expertise is further solidified by a range of specialized certifications, including PPSC (Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification), KBU Lvl. 1 (Kettlebell University), RTBP Lvl. 1 (Rethinking The Basic Patterns), and USAW Level 1 (USA Certified Weightlifting Sports Performance Coaching). Kaelan’s approach is both comprehensive and individualized, ensuring that every athlete he works with achieves peak performance while minimizing injury risk. His extensive experience, coupled with his ongoing education, allows him to stay at the forefront of sports science, offering cutting-edge training techniques and strategies.
