Daniel Brown is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with extensive experience guiding athletes and fitness enthusiasts to achieve optimal health and performance. Dan specializes in weight loss strategies and youth athletic development, having worked with and trained athletes in baseball, basketball, MMA, softball, women’s volleyball, women’s lacrosse, football, and golf. Manager/Coach
Jose Rojas brings a comprehensive approach to fitness and athlete development with his considerable qualifications in strength and conditioning, sports medicine, and sports nutrition. With a doctorate in health sciences and a background in wrestling, boxing, track and field, and the US military, he excels in injury prevention, nutrition, and advanced training programs. Coach Jose is part of Nova Southeastern University’s track team and collaborates with the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN) to publish research on human health, nutrition, and sports performance. @darth_flexx
Katie Hohmann is a highly skilled sports and rehabilitative manual therapist with certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. They have extensive experience with professional athletes from the UFC, NFL, and MLB. Katie specializes in manual therapy techniques, including deep myofascial release, structural integration, cupping, trigger point therapy, and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). Outside of her professional practice, Katie practices Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, participates in tactical competitions, and is passionate about the outdoors.
Coach
Jennifer Michuda brings her wealth of experience in strength and conditioning and softball to VSA Performance Center and Vaughn Sports Academy (VSA). She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA and holds Levels 1 and 2 certifications as a Certified Functional Strength coach. Jennifer has years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach and is certified in first aid and CPR. She played and taught softball for several years and now leverages her expertise as an instructor at VSA.
